What you bring to the table
- Make sure the space stays safe, clean, and friendly for both guests and the rest of the team; speak up and report any safety concerns to the Safety Committee.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum assigned areas to keep spaces looking their best.
- Remove trash throughout the property to support a fresh and clutter-free environment.
- Clean windows to ensure guests enjoy clear views and a polished resort appearance.
- Replace light bulbs to keep spaces bright and welcoming.
- Tackle minor plumbing fixes to prevent disruptions.
- Assist with basic electrical maintenance as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures to protect yourself, guests, and the team.
- Take pride in keeping facilities clean, functional, and guest-ready at all times.
- Jump in where needed to support the team and keep things running smoothly. (Other duties as assigned)

- Friendly and approachable attitude that helps guests (and the team) feel welcome and cared for every day.
- GED or High School Diploma preferred.
- Minimum of 21 years of age.
- OR Driver's License in good standing.
- Pervious work experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to accomplish work tasks by a given deadline.
- Ability to compose short correspondence and memos.
- Ability to follow instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to effectively present information to customers and other employees of the organization.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
- Basic mechanical skills for minor repairs.
- Comfortable communicating clearly and positively with both guests and teammates.
