Opportunity Details: - Evening commercial janitorial services - Typically Monday–Friday, 5 PM–9/10 PM - Occasional weekend opportunities - Competitive compensation averaging $18–$25 per hour of service, depending on assignment.
Independent contractor opportunity; additional details provided during screening.
Requirements:
Professional cleaning experience REQUIRED
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
Ability to pass a background check
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and time-management skills
