Location: Kalida, OH

Pay: $30 - $40 per hour, based on experience, plus performance incentives

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | Overtime opportunities are available

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting customer relationships
• Troubleshoot equipment and recommend effective solutions
• Complete accurate service documentation
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification required
• NATE Certification or willingness to obtain within one year of hire
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
