Production and Manufacturing KNU, LLC

KNU/Best is seeking qualified individuals for our Production and Manufacturing positions. We are looking for individuals interested in learning a craft at our growing company in Cannelton, IN.

Essential functions can include the following:

• Assembly
• Deliver stock to the manufacturing area and put away incoming stock.
• Assemble metal parts using nuts, screws, and bolts to form a mechanism ready for installation
• Sorting and staging of product
• Perform job tasks identified in the department's work instruction in a timely and efficient manner
• Must learn all aspects of the manufacturing tasks within the department
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Repetitive reaching, pushing/pulling, and twisting
• Maintain a consistent work pace and excel in a fast paced work environment
• Able to work scheduled hours on a regular basis, which could include overtime
• Adhere to quality standards and safety practices as defined in the work instructions
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Possess willingness to cross-train on other jobs as production dictates
• Lifting weight: up to 20 lbs. frequent along with 60 lbs. team lifting

Education or experience required: High school or equivalent
