Customer Sales Support / Order Entry Specialist

Responsibilities
Warranty
- Receive and process warranty claims accurately and efficiently
- Review warranty requests for completeness and eligibility
- Coordinate with production, quality, and shipping departments to resolve claims
- Maintain warranty records and documentation
- Communicate claim status and resolutions to customers
- Other duties as assigned.
Order Entry
- Accurately enter customer orders into the order management system.
- Update, modify, or cancel customer orders as needed.
- Correct order discrepancies to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills and Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Accurate data entry and computer skills.
- Ability to maintain organized files and company records.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently while contributing to a team.
- Prior customer service, order entry, or warranty experience is preferred but not required.
Education or experience required: High School or Equivalent, or a related field.
