About the Role 

KNS is seeking a highly organized and proactive Creative Project Manager to oversee creative workflow and processes across four distinct footwear brands. This role will act as the operational backbone of the creative team—ensuring projects move efficiently from brief to launch while maintaining alignment across marketing, design, eCommerce, and production partners. This role ensures creative projects stay on track working cross-functionally with design, marketing, Digital Content, and product to maintain seamless workflows and deliver assets on time. 

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong project management expertise and proficiency in tools such as Asana, Monday, or similar platforms. They will own timelines, resource allocation, workflow optimization, and KPI tracking related to on-time delivery, DAM organization, and budget management. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role also supports photoshoot production, including pre-production coordination, asset tracking, vendor communication, and invoicing. 

Key Responsibilities: 


Creative Workflow and Project Management 
  • Manage end-to-end creative workflows across four footwear brands 
  • Build and maintain project timelines, calendars, and task management systems 
  • Track progress, proactively resolve bottlenecks, and adjust workflows to keep projects on schedule 
  • Ensure on-time delivery of creative assets across digital, retail, and campaign channels 
  • Manage ad hoc requests while balancing ongoing priorities, balancing urgent needs with ongoing priorities to maintain workflow efficiency 

Cross-Functional Alignment & Communication 
  • Book cross-functional status and milestone meetings (briefings, reviews, pre-production, etc.) to ensure team stays accountable and on track. 
  • Lead status update meetings to ensure stakeholder alignment and visibility into priorities and workflow 
  • Act as the bridge between creative, marketing, and leadership teams 
  • Deliver concise updates to leadership, escalating only when necessary 

Process Optimization & Resource Management 
  • Identify process gaps and implement scalable workflow improvements 
  • Balance workloads across the creative team and identify resourcing needs 
  • Coordinate internal and external partners (agencies, freelancers) 
  • Adapt to strategic shifts while maintaining focus on high-priority initiatives 

Production & Asset Management 
  • Support photoshoot production logistics, pre-production coordination, and asset tracking. 
  • Track creative production expenses, manage budgets, and ensure timely invoice submission 
  • Responsible for ensuring production assets and deliverables are organized and filenames appropriately for ease of locating. 

Qualifications: 


Project & Workflow Management:
  • 3 years of experience in creative project management, creative operations, or digital asset management (or equivalent). Proven ability to manage multiple brands, overlapping seasons, and shifting priorities simultaneously. 

Process Optimization & Organization:
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with experience in workflow tools like Asana, Monday.com, Trello, and Excel to streamline creative processes. Figma and Power BI experience is a bonus. 

Budget & production:
  • Experience tracking creative budgets and expenses to optimize resources. Working directly with vendors and contractors.  

Tech & AI Adaptability
  • Plus for familiarity with AI tools for content organization, asset tagging, or workflow automation.

- Location: Draper, UT – Candidates must be willing to relocate if not currently local. 

- Work Schedule: Hybrid position requiring in-office work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
