Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team and propel our business growth through exceptional client relationships and strategic sales initiatives. Duties

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Lead business development efforts by prospecting new clients through warm calling, networking, and industry research.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations that address client needs effectively.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track interactions, analyze account data, and forecast sales performance.
  • Provide ongoing account management support by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or account management roles with a focus on business development.
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes for strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce for managing client information and sales pipelines.
  • Experience in technical sales or marketing is highly desirable to understand product features and benefits thoroughly.
  • Ability to conduct warm calling effectively while maintaining a professional and energetic demeanor.
