Personal Injury Paralegal (4+ years of experience required)

We’re currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic who is ready to make a meaningful impact in clients’ lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation, from intake through settlement or trial
• Manage client files, medical records, and case documentation
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence
• Coordinate and schedule depositions, mediations, IMEs, and court appearances
• Maintain frequent communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
• Ensure case deadlines are met and workflow is organized and efficient

Qualifications:

• Experience in personal injury law
• Knowledge of North Carolina civil litigation process and court procedures
• Proficiency in legal software (e.g., Clio, Needles, or similar case management systems)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases independently
• Paralegal certification or equivalent work experience strongly preferred
