Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside a team of 1-3 cleaning staff to complete daily cleaning tasks.
- Open, clean, inspect, and secure each facility area before moving to the next assignment.
- Monitor the quality of cleaning and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Perform daily cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
- Conduct inspections to ensure all areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications
- Previous experience supervising or leading a team is required.
- Experience with team cleaning is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 5:00pm 9:00pm.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and support team members.
- This is a working lead position; willingness to perform cleaning tasks alongside the team is essential.
Offered compensation: $17/yr - $18/yr
