Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside a team of 3-4 cleaning staff to complete daily cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
- Open, clean, inspect, and secure each facility before moving to the next assigned area.
- Monitor the quality of cleaning and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Assist with routine cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience supervising or leading a team is required.
- Experience with team cleaning is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 5:00pm 1:00am.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and support team members.
- This is a working lead position; willingness to perform cleaning tasks alongside the team is essential.
