What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spray Booth Operator position at Knowles Precision Devices?
- PRIMARY FUNCTION:
- To apply protective coating to manufactured products using spray in a controlled environment. Responsible for surface preparation, mixing coatings, maintaining equipment, ensuring consistent quality finishes and adhering to strict OSHA safety and ventilation protocols.

- Production Manager

- None
- PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently according to instructions
- Monitoring production to ensure quality and consistency
- Load and unload materials onto the production line
- Follow safety procedures and workplace regulations
- Maintain accurate production and quality control records
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Good organizational skills, completes work in a timely manner
- Mechanically inclined; ability to work with basic hand and power tools
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/16th of an inch
- Ability to stand for long periods and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Capable of working independently and as a member of a team
- Basic mechanical and technical skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Prior experience in manufacturing or machine operation(preferred but sometimes not required)
