The mission of this program is to provide the Fleet Marine Force (FMF) with worldwide organic field level and depot-level maintenance support for rebuild, repairs, engineering solutions, modifications, calibrations, manufacturing and technical services to maximize the operational readiness, lethality, and sustainability of ground combat and combat support weapon systems and equipment.

- Overall program oversight, status reporting, transition-in plan, RGS/Mission Support coordination, briefings to MDMC leadership
Required:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10 years USMC supervisor experience.
- 15 total years of Supervisory experience
- Mastery in briefing and communicating with senior leadership.
- 2 years' experience with IT System projects of similar size and complexity.
- Active PMP
Security Clearance:
- Active DoD Secret security clearance required.
