Job Description Project/Program

Support and enhancement of the PORTS system.

Business Analysis and UAT testing support and coordination

Day-to-Day Tasks

Gather and analyze requirements, create diagrams, create user stories, create test cases.

Mandatory Qualification

Business Analyst -

Analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution.

Expert -

84 Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Requested Qualifications

• Bachelor level or higher education. (provide transcript with Form 2 if yes)
• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) or equivalent BA credential/education (Provide valid current certificate with Form 2 if yes)
• 84 months of experience in requirements planning and management, elicitation, analysis, and communication
• 84 months of experience assisting in the translation of business requirements into design specifications
• 84 months of experience identifying and documenting existing business processes, creating various data and behavior models, process/flow models, and usage models to provide direction to application developers.
• 84 months experience with internal and external stakeholder communications and outreach, including the development of presentations and other materials that promote the rethinking of core business processes and envisioning of a reengineered environment
• 12 months experience working on projects for the public sector/government (Answers to this question must specify entity and time served to qualify)
• 36 months experience with Grants Management systems (Must specify which systems on Form 2)
