Job Description Project/Program

Tax Modernization

Candidate will monitor to ensure that all phases of the project are executed effectively and on schedule. They will maintain a program level RAID Log to track project risks, actions, issues, and decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Day-to-Day Tasks

Create and maintain project schedule, report issues, risks, actions, and decisions. Escalate problems to management team. Facilitate meetings and discussions.

Mandatory Qualification

Project Manager -

Plans, organizes and integrates cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact.

Expert -

84 Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Requested Qualifications

• 84 Months experience acting as a project/release manager for application development projects throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• 84 Months experience collaborating with cross functional teams including Development, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure, and Database Administration to develop comprehensive release schedules and deployment plans.
• 84 Months experience in facilitating and managing communication across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 84 Months experience with project quality planning, quality assurance, end-to-end system testing, quality control, user acceptance testing, defect and metrics management.
• 60 Months experience using project management tools such as MS-Project, JIRA, Kanban Boards and Agile methodologies.
• 60 Months experience using (CI/CD) automation software and DevOps tools, such as Jenkins, Gitlab, Ansible.
