Job Description:
-update and maintain department specific forms
-SFS information updates and password resets
-various quarterly reports
-reporting and tracking of equipment distribution and maintenance
-meeting minutes and notes
-main line telephone coverage
-monitoring Business Office mailbox and distributing all contents
-oversee file storage and disposition
-working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word
-operate postage machine daily
-other duties as assigned
