About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Easton, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and possess a strong understanding of pharmacy operations. You will play a crucial role in assisting with prescription processing, managing patient information, and ensuring efficient pharmacy workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the accurate processing of prescriptions
• Accurately enter and update patient information within the pharmacy system
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions
• Restock and organize pharmacy inventory
• Contact physician's offices to obtain necessary documentation for prescription processing
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Provide excellent customer service to all patients
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy technician experience
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience with pharmacy software systems is a plus
