Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, service, and troubleshoot production equipment and facility systems.
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot, replace, and rebuild valves associated with die cast equipment.
- Perform mechanical and electrical adjustments and repairs to ensure equipment uptime.
- Follow all safety procedures and ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in equipment reliability and performance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2-4 years of multi-craft maintenance technician experience, or equivalent training.
- Strong experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including valve troubleshooting, replacement, and rebuilding.
- Ability to troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic logic systems.
- Solid experience troubleshooting electrical systems.
- Hands-on skills in repairing equipment, fixtures, and related systems.
