As a Project Manager/Coordinator Chemical Production Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, troubleshooting issues, managing changes (MOCs), and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will collaborate closely with Quality Control, Project Engineering, and plant operators to gather insights and implement recommendations. Located on the Charlotte/SC border, this site offers affordable housing and a range of outdoor activities. Charlotte's international airport and the ocean (Myrtle Beach, Charleston) are within a few hours' drive.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational support and troubleshooting

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
- 1 years of hands-on experience in the chemical, resin, pharmaceutical, or food industries
- Experience working with operators, pumps, and valves
