Qualification Requirements
- Proven experience as an Asphalt Paving Superintendent required; not an entry-level role
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow work instructions
- 5 years of asphalt paving experience, focusing on materials, methods, and equipment
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record required
Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
