What You'll Do

As a Junior Industrial Field Service Technician, you'll receive hands-on training while working on a wide variety of industrial equipment at customer facilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electric motors, VFDs, industrial drives, and control systems
  • Support equipment startups, preventive maintenance, warranty repairs, and field service calls
  • Learn to diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using industry-standard tools and software
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
  • Communicate technical findings with customers and internal team members
  • Maintain accurate service reports and organize parts and inventory
  • Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule with the support of senior technicians
  • Travel to customer sites throughout the region as needed

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Mechanical or electrical aptitude
  • Interest in industrial maintenance, automation, controls, or field service
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset and willingness to solve problems
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning

Whether your background is in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, electrical work, military service, or another skilled trade, we'll provide the training and mentorship to help you succeed.
