What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Locksmith position at Knowell's Lock & Safe, Inc.?
We are hiring 1–2 experienced Locksmith Technicians to join our team.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in residential, commercial, and automotive locksmith services
- Experience with rekeys, lockouts, key cutting, and key fob programming
- Ability to install and service door hardware including closers, panic bars, and standard locksets
- Experience with master key systems is a plus
- Comfortable working independently in the field and problem-solving on the job
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Clean background (no criminal charges due to work with government and sheriff’s offices)
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
- Able to lift and move heavy items when needed
We do not focus on access control—this position is for hands-on locksmith work and safe-related services, access control is a plus.
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
