We feature quality cuts of steak and seafood as well as supper club classics, including a well-appointed salad bar, old fashioneds, and dessert drinks.
Bartender Job Description
PURPOSE:
As the Bartender you will be responsible for ensuring that guests get top quality drinks in a clean and safe environment while executing Oakfire’s Service Philosophy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Executes Oakfire’s Guest Service Methodology.
- Reports to work as scheduled, in uniform, well groomed, and ready to be in position. Maintains a professional appearance at all times.
- Maintains professional relationships with all coworkers.
- Execute against checklists and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure a positive mental attitude and greet all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness
- Performs side work and finds ways to help the team during non-busy hours
- Maintains full knowledge of menus, drinks, recipes, and other pertinent information while increasing knowledge of food, beverages, and other products and services.
- Ensures that guests have a positive and memorable experience at Oakfire.
- Ensure the bar team is informed and focused on daily priorities via pre and post shift meetings as well as necessary shift notes/logs.
- Be a subject matter expert in all areas of the bar operations to provide effective leadership at the bar.
- Ensure all cash handling processes and procedures are being followed
- Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 year server experience in customer service, hospitality industry.
- Ability to remain resilient under pressure.
- Ability to work well in a teamwork-centric environment.
- Ability to make quality and timely decisions.
- Great communication and organizational skills.
- Thrives in a fast pace environment and is able to work 6 hours on their feet.

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
