We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Administrative Assistant/Human Resources Specialist. This position is responsible for daily administrative tasks, as well as weekly and annual human resources tasks.
- Act as backbone of weekly payroll process; preparing approving employee's hours for the week more.
- Maintain thorough and complete employee records.
- Onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Manage employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Support front desk operations, including managing phone system, primary email inbox, office tidiness, and greeting visitors.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred to enhance communication with diverse employees.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Familiarity with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents and managing filing systems.
