Job Summary
The Knott's Berry Farm Uniform Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring our associates look their best while on the job. This individual will assist with the distribution and fitting of uniforms, maintain inventory, and provide exceptional guest service.
Responsibilities:
- Hang, sort, and store uniform items, restock wardrobe shelves and racks
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure adequate supply levels
- Provide outstanding guest service by initiating interactions, answering questions, and giving directions
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to Six Flags safety guidelines and reporting any hazards or concerns
- Meet scheduling requirements, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support business needs
- Achieve attendance expectations as outlined in Six Flags' attendance policies
- Comply with company rules, including costuming and grooming standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pass a mandatory drug test and background check, if 18 years of age or older
