Role Description
We are seeking a Microsoft Exchange or Skype Specialist for a full-time, on-site role in Herndon, VA. The specialist will design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Exchange or Skype for Business solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure optimal functionality. Additional responsibilities include planning and deploying updates, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business needs, and offering expert consulting services to stakeholders. This role will contribute to ensuring a seamless and secure communication infrastructure for the organization and its clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and Consulting skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strong competence in Business Process and a deep understanding of how Microsoft Exchange technologies fit into organizational strategies.
- Experience with Solution Architecture and the ability to design and deploy scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
- Knowledge and experience in Cloud Computing technologies, including Microsoft 365 and hybrid cloud environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills, detail orientation, and the ability to manage technical challenges proactively.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Prior experience with Microsoft Exchange and/or Skype for Business implementations is highly preferred.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS Exchange, Skype for Business, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are advantageous.
