Day-to-Day:

Greet all members and guests warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression.

Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments to ensure smooth and efficient seating, with attention to member preferences and flow of service.

Recognize and acknowledge returning members and families, fostering a sense of belonging and familiarity.

Coordinate with the service team and kitchen to manage pacing and ensure readiness for seating.

Communicate effectively with members regarding wait times, reservation status, and any special requests.
