What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Accountant position at KNM Resources?

• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP • Coordinate with outside auditors on interim and year-end financial statements • Provide tax support including monitoring straddles, monthly tax allocations, etc. • Responsible for partner/Investor allocations, including admin/management fee/incentive fee calculations • Review and analyze fund capital and daily P&L/NAV estimates • Monitor and analyze pricing data
