What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fund Reporting Associate position at KNM Resources?
Position Overview:
This is an opportunity to work in-house on company funds…this is NOT fund administration. The team members at our client are leading professionals responsible for operating public and private fund complexes globally. They oversee:
• Production of all annual and semi-annual reports (for 1940 Act registered mutual funds, offshore unregistered funds, some hedge fund-type products)
• Production of all regulatory filings (N-SAR, N-CSR, N-Q, N-MFP, etc., along with regulatory filings in other jurisdictions)
• Successful completion of all audits (a Big 4 firm is auditor for all funds
Description:
• Assist in the oversight of the company's registered and unregistered funds
• Primary focus is on financial reporting.
Partner with team members to document, oversee, and execute processes related to the management, oversight, and production of the annual and semiannual financial reports and related audits conducted in accordance with local GAAP
• Liaise with Fund Accounting, Fund Custody, and other internal and external groups for the on-going management of the funds.
Salary : $80 - $120
