What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting & Finance Temp position at KNM Resources?
Overview:
Part of a team that provides Accounting and Financial guidance on the North America operations.
Responsibilities may include:
Assist with monthly accounting close and issuance of financial reports on a timely basis
• Review and approval of proposed entries.
• Reviewing and approving bank account reconciliations
• Provide flux analysis for all balance sheet cash accts.
• Interface Payroll expenses to GL and corresponding payroll journal entries
• Reviewing and Approving various month end GL reports, journal entries and analysis
Cash Accounting
• Prepare Payroll funding wires for approval
• Prepare bank deposit and corresponding journal entry
• Responsible for all cash reporting
Other projects
• Provide support for all Audits
• Assist Sr. Financial Analyst as needed.
• Assist with SOX testing
• Provide support for the annual budget process
• Provide back up support to AP and AR in times of absences
