Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Field Agent role located in Oxford, MS. The Field Agent will be responsible for providing financial guidance to members and their families to ensure their long-term security. Key responsibilities include conducting client meetings, maintaining relationships with current members, identifying opportunities for insurance sales and services, offering tailored financial solutions, and participating in ongoing training programs to enhance industry knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

• Field Service expertise, with the ability to represent the organization professionally in diverse settings
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with members
• Proficiency in Sales techniques with a focus on understanding client needs and tailoring financial products accordingly
• Experience in Training and mentorship to guide and support member engagement effectively
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage schedules and meet targets
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and uphold the organization's core values
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field is preferred
• Knowledge or experience in financial planning and life insurance is beneficial
