Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and self-driven individuals to join our team as Lifeline Field Enrollment Agents. In this role, you will be the face of the federal Lifeline program in your community, helping eligible low-income households access free or discounted wireless phone service. This is a "boots on the ground" outreach position perfect for those who enjoy working outdoors and making a tangible impact in their neighborhood.

What You’ll Do

• Community Outreach: Identify and engage potential customers in high-traffic community areas or events.
• Eligibility Verification: Assess customer eligibility based on government assistance program participation (e.g., SNAP, Medicaid) or income levels.
• Enrollment & Activation: Guide customers through the digital application process on a tablet or smartphone and activate their new device or SIM card on the spot.
• Compliance: Ensure all applications are completed accurately and in strict accordance with federal program guidelines.
• Inventory Management: Securely manage your assigned stock of phones and SIM cards.

Qualifications

• Work History: Must have experience in working under the Lifeline Phone Program.
• Strong Communication: Ability to explain program benefits clearly and with empathy.
• Self-Motivated: Proven ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using tablets and mobile apps for data entry and activations.
• Reliable: Must be trustworthy and able to handle sensitive customer documentation and inventory .
• Bilingual Skills: A major plus, especially in diverse communities.

Compensation & Rewards - (ONLY FOR CALIFORNIA CONTRACTORS)

• Performance-Based Pay: This is a 100% commission-based role with a clear path to higher earnings.
• Base Commission: $25.00 per successful activation.
• Unlimited Earnings: There is no cap on how many people you can help or how much you can earn per week.

Compensation & Rewards - (FOR NLAD CONTRACTORS - STATES OUTSIDE OF CALIFORNIA )

• Performance-Based Pay: This is a 100% commission-based role with a clear path to higher earnings.
• Base Commission: $13.00 per successful activation.
• Unlimited Earnings: There is no cap on how many people you can help or how much you can earn per week.
