Experience in customer service or recruiting — especially in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment Proven success connecting with people over the phone (inbound or inside sales experience preferred) Excellent communication and active listening skills Strong attention to detail and stellar organizational habits High school diploma or equivalent required Knight is an equal employment opportunity employer.
