Job Responsibilities: What you will do Provide drivers with necessary support due to absence, or during evening and/or weekend hours so that drivers can deliver loads safely and on time. Fuel and route Drivers while promoting the safety of drivers. Dispatch necessary resources (driver, truck, trailer) to take care of immediate issue. Resolve driver issues within authorized limits. Use Micromap and plan next day loads as needed. Work with other Terminal ECT members in drivers' and customers' special needs/requests as it relates to load planning. Resolve load targets and ensure on time delivery. Monitor loads and resolve issues that may affect the scheduled delivery/pickup times. Proactively inform customer accounts and/or customer of changes. Communicate effectively and professionally with Customers, Operations Drivers and all levels of leadership. Respond to drivers and other terminal needs and assist with emergency situations if the need arises. Understand and support company policies. Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Good verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Microsoft Office Suite Report generation Mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to interpret user needs and translate into system requirements. Ability to understand system data and to identify discrepancies Previous knowledge of system analytics helpful Pay Range: $18.00 - $24.00 Hourly What we offer: Competitive starting salary commensurate with experience and geographic location.
