• The C4I Analyst at Knight Federal Solutions Inc is responsible for providing expert analysis and support in the areas of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) systems. This role involves evaluating and enhancing the effectiveness of C4I systems to ensure seamless integration and operation within military and defense environments. The analyst will play a critical role in supporting mission success through the optimization of communication and information systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of C4I systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for the integration and enhancement of C4I technologies.
• Provide technical expertise and support in the design, development, and deployment of C4I solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of C4I systems to ensure compliance with military standards and operational requirements.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on C4I system performance and recommend solutions for identified issues.
• Assist in the development of training programs and materials for end-users to ensure effective utilization of C4I systems.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in C4I technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system capabilities.
• Support the planning and execution of C4I system tests and evaluations to validate system functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of C4I systems with operational goals and objectives. Qualifications Required Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Required Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in C4I systems analysis or a related field.
• Proven track record of working with military or defense-related projects.
• Experience in systems integration and operational testing.
• Familiarity with military operations and command structures. Required Skills and Abilities:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in C4I systems and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• TS/SCI w/ CI Poly required.
