We currently have several openings for CI analysts in different departments. CI Analyst in the Due Diligence Branch: Ideal Candidates would be Mid or Senior analysts. Analysts supporting the Due Diligence Branch are focused on conducting assessments of individuals, companies, and technologies to make sure they are not associated with high-risk countries. Analysts need to have very strong all-source analysis skills to be able to research the given entities, and then strong analytical and writing skills to articulate what the threat/vulnerability/risk is. The written products must adhere to the ICD standards. Analysts must work on a tight deadline. The best analysts for these roles are candidates who do financial analysis, identify analysis, and/or targeting if it involved organizations or technology. CI Analysts in the Strategic Branch: Candidate would be a Senior analyst focused primarily on writing highly polished “finished intelligence” reports. The desired skills are primarily doing all source research, writing, and collaboration. The desired backgrounds are analysts who have supported agencies such as DIA, CIA, FBI, NSA, or Department of State (DOS). Experience in the intelligence standards for writing and sourcing (the ICDs). The ideal candidate is someone who has written on technical topics and/or counterintelligence issues. CI analysts in the Investigations Department: Analysts are focused primarily on providing case support, and are expected to help research information in IC and law enforcement (LE) databases. The best candidate for this positions is an individual who has worked as an analyst in some law enforcement capacity, most relevantly on national security topics (counterterrorism, counterintelligence, counterproliferation). FBI, NCIS, OSI, DIA, and Army Counterintelligence (ACIC). Core skills are conducting research, financial analysis, database checks.
