*Responsibilities*
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients and assessing their service needs
- Communicate service recommendations to customers clearly and effectively
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Utilize knowledge of auto services including oil changes, tire services, shocks, struts, and general automotive repairs
- Promote additional services and products to customers to enhance their vehicle's performance
*Experience*
- Previous experience in auto service management or as a service advisor is preferred
- Knowledge of automotive repair, vehicle maintenance, and estimating services is a plus
- Familiarity with sales techniques in an automotive service setting
- Ability to handle cash transactions and possess strong communication skills

Pay: $54,909.00 - $60,258.00 per year
