Part-Time Commercial Assistant

Knight Barry Title is seeking a Part-Time Commercial Assistant to join our team in Kaukauna, WI!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer phones and assist customers as they arrive in the office.
• Enter new orders into the database.
• Create new files for the closing and construction department.
• Assist with post-closing & construction scanning.
• Process invoice payments.
• Process Mail/FedEx for the closing/construction department.
• Handle courier duties, including bank deposits, mail drop-offs, and customer deliveries.
• Perform other various administrative duties as assigned.
• Pull tax bill copies and assist the title team with daily spreadsheets.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Analytical ability sufficient to perform varied and short-term tasks requiring concentration, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with others, meet deadlines, and promptly perform routine tasks.
• Ability to operate office machines such as a copier, calculator, reader/printer, or other similar equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally, in writing, in person, and by telephone.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate transactions and title searching is preferred, including the ability to extrapolate data from transactional real estate documents and navigate GIS land mapping.
• Proficient in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSING

• High school graduation/equivalent with administrative experience highly preferred.
