We are looking for an experienced Asphalt Distributor/Water Truck Operator to join our team!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Perform pre shift inspection of all DOT vehicles operated
- Applying specialized emulsions to roadways at the specified rate
- Ability to multitask on a paving operation and communicate
- Always work safely and take action to prevent any and all unsafe actions and behaviors
- Must be willing to do some physical labor and other aspects of the paving operation
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years' experience in construction asphalt paving is preferred
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift, push, pull and be on your feet for long periods of time
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Communicate effectively and work with people in high stress situations
- Must have a valid class A or B CDL
- Must have ability to work flexible shifts which include days, nights, some weekends and overtime
