Residential/Commercial Cleaner

Duties

• Travel to and from each job, reliable transportation required.
• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, etc.
• Manage floor care tasks to maintain the appearance of various flooring types.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively while adhering to company protocols.
• Assist with custodial duties in shared spaces, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights.
