Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software.
- Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians regarding repair scope and costs.
- Write service reports and documentation accurately to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with collision repair teams to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive service procedures, collision repair techniques, and industry standards.

Requirements
