Responsibilities
Education: High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Experience: Minimum 2 years of warehouse/forklift experience in a manufacturing environment.
Certifications: Must be able to obtain and maintain an OSHA Certified Industrial Truck Operator License; man lift certified (or able to obtain).

About the Role:
Be the driving force behind our warehouse performance. You’ll operate forklift and clamp trucks to position inventory, stage orders, and load outbound trucks keeping safety, speed, and precision at the forefront. Your independence and accuracy help us exceed customer quality expectations every shift.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklift/clamp trucks to move finished goods from conveyors and place products into designated warehouse bays.
- Read work orders and follow instructions to determine materials to move; load and unload packaging supplies and finished products.
- Safely transport materials from receiving/production to storage, quarantine, or designated areas.
- Use industrial trucks or electric hoists to assist in loading/moving materials and products.
- Mark materials with identifying information; monitor outgoing finished products; maintain accurate paperwork (move sheets, load sheets, etc.).
- Review production schedules, customer orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to pick, stage, or distribute items.
- Use computers to enter and maintain inventory records; perform equipment checks each shift.
- Track finished goods produced during your shift and reconcile with production tallies.
- Pull products from inventory and load outbound trucks; occasionally hand-stack and load products.
- Participate in physical inventory counts; sort and place materials by size, type, style, color, or product code; operate man lifts as required.
- Drive a shuttle truck to move empty/full trailers between the trailer lot and loading docks.
- Communicate with the Warehouse Coordinator/Shift Supervisor about inventory, orders, customer questions, and equipment maintenance needs.
- Help identify issues across shifts by reviewing recorded data; uphold housekeeping standards and proper storage of tools/supplies.
- Follow all safety warning signs/signals; attend department/plant safety meetings; support continuous improvement in quality, environmental, health, and safety.
- Perform administrative duties and other related tasks as directed.
