Parts Specialist

Knapheide Truck Equipment Center in St. Peters, MO is looking to hire a full-time Parts Specialist to assist customers with sales and parts requests, manage warranty and service requests, and help organize and manage inventory. This position works Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, and every other Saturday.

What You Will Be Doing

• Foster positive customer relations through effective communication
• Respond quickly to inquiries in a cooperative, supportive, and professional manner
• Serve as a customer liaison to the parts and service department
• Complete customer orders and schedule warranty service work
• Order parts and maintain an organized and accurate inventory of parts
• Work directly with the production team to assure needed parts are available
  
  

Experience You'll Need

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Background in snow, ice, and municipal sales
• Wester, Buyers, & SnowEx products
• Hydraulics - motors, pumps, PTOs, and hoses
• General knowledge of Tarp systems
