Knapheide Truck Equipment Center (KTEC) in Cincinnati, OH is looking to hire a full-time Team Leader to delegate, coordinate, and execute the production of custom-built work truck bodies and equipment. This full-time position works Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM; overtime as needed or required.

- Ensure best practices are being followed throughout the facility
- Conduct regular safety talks
- Report all accidents/incidents, conduct investigations, and act of recommendations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality
- Work directly with the sales team members to set priorities, resolve issues, and communicate build status
- Bachelor's Degree and/or 5 years of industry related experience
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
