• Senior Level Program Manager - should have done this before (launched and navigated systems between the businesses) Exceptionally good communicator handled programs in Healthcare Insurance Background
• Should have previously defined and implemented robust governance models (application and infrastructure) that provided clear decision-making pathways across disparate business units involved in the programs
• This includes setting up steering committees, establishing communication protocols, and creating an integrated risk management framework to ensure alignment and collective accountability when launching shared navigation systems for healthcare claims
• They should have a track record involving orchestrating data mapping, defining interoperability standards, and ensuring seamless information flow to create a unified navigation system that accurately processes and manages healthcare claims end-to-end
• Either one of the active certifications (Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI OR PgMP - Program Management Professional) with not more than 15years of work experience mandatory
