What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead ServiceNow Developer position at KMM Technologies, Inc.?
NOTE: Need candidates at a Tech Lead or Architect level who hold ServiceNow Development Certifications and have a background in Healthcare Claims Systems with the ideal candidate experienced in ServiceNow Platform Development within Healthcare Claims Systems or similar environments (e.g., Medicaid, Medicare, SNAP, Eligibility determination, claims adjudication, and provider reimbursement).
Certifications: ServiceNow Developer Certification is a MUST and ServiceNow Admin Certification - is a MUST
Performs in ServiceNow Lead Developer position and will play a key role in maturing Customer Service Products built on the ServiceNow platform. Will help lead ServiceNow delivery and work with key business units and process managers to build solutions and processes, supporting maintenance, continual service improvement and new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. Performs complex analysis, design, development, automated unit and integration testing, and debugging of computer software ranging from operating system architecture integration and software design to selection of computer systems, language, and/or equipment. Designs, codes, tests, develops, and documents application programs for computer systems. Works with end-users and project stakeholders to define system scope and objectives. Manages modifications to and maintenance of operational programs and procedures. Leads stakeholder and product owner meetings to define software requirements and creates highly complex systems. Acts as a mentor to junior engineers.
