Hybrid: 46947 (Sales Account Service Rep) at Reston, VA

Primarily remote. Resources will have to report occasionally to Canton or Merriweather for meetings and training.

• Required 5 Sales Support resource - 6 months remote role with extension - Resources will have to report occasionally to Canton or Merriweather for meetings and training.
• Need to have 3-6years of experience.
• Need to assist the Team in MD, candidate can be in DMV area until he can come for in-person as and when required. But prefer MD
• Need to have Medicare Sales and Support experience; help the queries coming to inbox or on calls.
• Will be involved in working with Broker Support Team and No license required
• Escalate the issues with applications as and when required
• ***No Medical/Pharma/Healthcare background Executive/Receptionist/Admin etc.., should be working for broker support team acting like go-to-person for Medicare Insurances.
