Position Details:
- Job Title: Enrollment Technician III
- Location: 100% Remote (Maryland, Washington, DC, or Virginia-area candidates only)
- Interview Process: One virtual interview
- Additional Requirement: Candidates must be available for an in-office meeting every Wednesday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process subscriber and dependent enrollments accurately and on time.
- Verify enrollment status, update membership records, and process terminations.
- Research and resolve enrollment discrepancies.
- Perform monthly enrollment reconciliations and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with account installation and billing teams.
- Work with healthcare claims documents and claims keywords.
- Support special projects and assist with training and mentoring junior team members.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in membership enrollment, member services, billing, claims operations, or data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare claims documents and claims keywords.
- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens efficiently.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
