Immediate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) contract opportunities with our skilled nursing facility in Smithtown, NY.
Starting Pay Rate: $24.00/hr

Available Shifts
- 3:30pm - 11:30pm (Evening)
- 11:30pm - 7:30am (Night)
- 5 shifts per week, including every other Sat/Sun OR every Sat or every Sun
- Provide patient care in accordance with nursing supervision and the given facility standards
- As directed by professional staff, moves, positions, lifts and transports residents in care using a variety of lifts and other aids in order to make them more comfortable, to prepare them for treatment and to deliver them to appropriate treatment facilities
- Complete timely and accurate clinical notes including addressing patient’s/client’s progress
- Assist in the transport of patients
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment
- Current CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate
- One year of healthcare experience preferred
- One year of long term care experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
