Responsibilities
- Communicate proactively with dispatch teams or clients regarding delivery status, delays, or special instructions.
- Handle packages with care, ensuring they are delivered in pristine condition and on time.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures, timestamps, and any delivery issues encountered while using our courier app
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with transportation standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, professional, and responsive during all interactions.
Skills
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, with a strong understanding of navigation and route planning.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Prior experience in transportation a .
- Must have clean reliable vehicle, with valid driver's license and insurance
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries efficiently throughout the day.
