Responsibilities
- Generate revenue across all available platforms
- Prospect, contact, and present to new businesses
- Develop new revenue through local business opportunities
- Build strategic and market-driven partnerships
- Manage an active client account list
- Conceptualize, create, and deliver sales proposals that align with station strategies
- Achieve individual sales goals while contributing to the success of the sales team
- 1 years of media, digital sales, or consultative/solutions-based selling experience
- Proven success in developing new or non-traditional business
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience in a consultative, customer-focused environment
- Ability to thrive in a goal-driven organization with accountability
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Experience selling directly to business owners
- Ability to understand and apply qualitative research to support sales efforts
- Related military experience will be considered
